PRAIRIE ETHANOL, LLC SCHEDULES INVESTMENT MEETING IN MITCHELL

Prairie Ethanol, LLC, a premier partner with Sioux Falls, SD-based Broin Companies, announces its first meeting for interested investors to be held Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at the Mitchell Holiday Inn at 6:30 p.m.

Only South Dakota residents will be able to invest and the number of subscribers eligible to invest in Prairie Ethanol, LLC will be limited to a maximum of 500.

The 60 million gallon per year ethanol plant will be designed and constructed by Broin Companies with construction projected to begin in early fall of this year and completion expected in 2006.

The new plant will utilize 21 million bushels of corn that will be converted to ethanol and 175,000 tons of Dakota Gold brand Enhanced Distillers Products™, which will both be marketed to local, regional, national and international markets. The plant will employ approximately 40 people in quality positions with a $1.5 million annual payroll and anticipated annual expenses of approximately $80 million. Broin Management, Dakota Gold Marketing and Ethanol Products will provide management and marketing services for Prairie Ethanol.
