WHAT:
Tour of the new biomass storage facility under construction on the future site of Project LIBERTY. Project LIBERTY, which is a Iowa Power Fund-awarded project, is POET's planned 25-million-gallon-per-year cellulosic ethanol plant, which will use corn cobs and light stover as feedstock for renewable fuel production. Following the tour, the Power Fund Board will hold its October meeting at the Wild Rose Resort.
